Connor Rose was born and raised in Northwest Ohio and has built a career on community service, professionalism, and leadership. A 2014 graduate of Bowling Green High School, Connor attended Hondros College of Real Estate and the Reppert School of Auctioneering.

In 2019, Connor joined his family’s real estate brokerage serving as a dual-licensed Realtor and Auctioneer. His real estate work and understanding of property, title, and land-records matters provided a strong background he now brings to public office.

In November 2024, Connor was elected Wood County Recorder, taking office in January 2025 at the age of 28, making him not only one of the youngest elected officials in Wood County’s history, but also one of the youngest county recorders in the State of Ohio at the time.

Connor’s commitment to civic leadership is evident through his service on numerous boards and committees:

  • Ohio Recorders Association Sub-Legislative Committee, Member (2025–Present)

  • Ohio Recorders Association Legislative Committee, Member (2026-Present)
